HERO 31 offers tremendous resistance in applications subject to thermal and mechanical shock, as well as high temperature and corrosion resistance. It stubbornly denies wear, galling and corrosion at high temperatures, and is the obvious choice for gas turbine engine materials subject to hot gas erosion.

APPLICATIONS

Gas turbine vanes, blades, bushings and spacers, furnace working tools, areas subject to hot gas erosion.

TECHNICAL

- Resistant to thermal shock

- Resistant to oxidizing and reducing gases up to 2,100 oF (1,150 oC)

- Resistant to nitric and phosphorus acids

- Resistant to sulphuric acid at room temperature
