HERO 50 is a machinable alloy with excellent fusing characteristics. It produces hard, dense, corrosion resistant layers. HERO 50’s superior high temperature hardness combined with peerless corrosion resistance makes it the best alloy for hardfacing cam shafts, diesel engine valve facings, shafts and wear rings.

APPLICATIONS

Nuclear industry valve components, bushings, cages, liners & thrust shoes. Diesel engine valve facings & cam shafts.
